★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 優點：24小時營業，不定時有限定口味霜淇淋、白飯和滷味用泡麵吃到飽。內部空間大、座位多元，有單人、雙人、四人家庭桌。
缺點：店員態度有待加強。火鍋份量較少（價格也較平易近人），基本原味鍋口味沒那麼佳。
在光復路四間平價小火鍋店當中，鍋湯滙在個人心中頂多排第三。不特別推薦也不會特別去吃（但半夜想吃鍋也只有這裡囉）
 Advantages: Open 24 hours a day, there are limited flavors of ice cream, rice and instant noodles to eat all you can from time to time. The interior space is large and the seats are diverse. There are single, double and four-person family tables.
Disadvantages: The attitude of the clerk needs to be strengthened. The hot pot portion is smaller (and the price is more approachable), and the basic original pot tastes less good.
Among the four cheap hot pot restaurants on Guangfu Road, Guotanghui ranks third in my heart at most. I don't recommend it or go to eat it (but this is the only place to eat pot in the middle of the night)
