★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 點了海鮮拉麵，湯頭有點小鹹，碗裡的3隻蝦黑色腸泥都沒有清⋯剝完蝦也吃不下去了⋯料也沒有蟹肉棒？看到網路評價不錯但實際吃過覺得差距有點大，但老闆態度很好值得肯定。
 I ordered the seafood ramen, the soup was a bit salty, the 3 shrimps in the bowl were not clear...the shrimps can't be eaten after peeling them...there are no crab sticks? I saw that the internet reviews were good, but I actually felt that the gap was a bit big, but the boss’s attitude is very good and worthy of recognition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一代老闆做得比較好吃，食材新鮮度夠，特制辣椒醬也是絕配湯頭，CP值一直有保持著，當時是幾乎天天吃不膩。
但到了第二代老闆，也許是成本考量，雖然湯頭是沒改變，但其他配料部份做了些許變動，對於挑嘴的老客人，我還是覺得湯頭因食材略有不同，而口味微幅變調。
不過！這2代的老闆，都是肯努力認真打拼的年輕人，服務也都很好，所以還是會持續用新台幣支持他！
