★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近大公園，社區旁有公車站，隔音很好冬天聽不到東北季風風聲，可以說是淡水區物超所值的社區，要購屋的人要快，旁邊也有新建案動工了，聽說預售單價比宏盛水悅高很多。

It can be said that it is a value-for-money community in Danshui District. People who want to buy a house should be quick. The unit price is much higher than that of Hongsheng Shuiyue.

大門電動門經常故障，還捨不得修、宏盛建設一點效率都沒有！
一堆素質不高還有問題的住戶、經常造成別人困擾
隔音就在爛了還能遇到爛的
也沒有隨手關門的習慣
告示都沒在看的
經常危害其他守規矩的住戶
誰買這邊的房子誰倒楣（說真的）
宏盛建設爛的可以
中看不中用啊
