所以每天都要排隊等...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 豆腐還是很臭，這回真的很溼軟，終於明白為何有人嫌，也不知道是因為一次出太多份沒時間炸酥嗎？這次發現辣椒不是生辣椒水那種，口味不優偏鹹。而且最重大的瑕疵是，泡菜實在切太碎了，我看網友分享兩個月前的圖片還是正常版，為何要改切細條碎裂狀呢？真是大扣分！而且今天給的量也太少，吃起來不夠爽快，可惜了。

豆腐蠻臭的，有炸透不會軟溼。醬汁清爽不鹹膩。泡菜較像家常口味，簡簡單單爽口，除了高麗菜切得偏小偏碎之外，其他都ok。

趁剛帶出時吃下，還酥的很好吃，泡菜有入味酸味，醃的也好吃，辣椒自製的也很搭，可惜第一次不知道辣度，不然會多加點，
醬汁也搭，個人覺得要是多點蒜味就更好了，不愧是知名老店，好吃又帶點特色，簡單又會讓人上癮的臭豆腐真不多了！

臭豆腐：台式泡菜，淋醬偏水，無蒜泥，無論是泡菜還是醬油的味道都相當淡，不過豆腐本體的豆味跟豆香十分濃郁，搭配上味淡的泡菜跟淋醬恰恰好的凸顯了豆腐本身的美味；小缺點是豆腐的口感偏軟不酥脆。
蘿蔔糕：純粹的台式白蘿蔔糕，沒有多餘的添加，本體外緣硬脆好吃，用稀少的淋醬提味，適當的凸出本體澱粉的香甜，無論是味道或口感都非常棒。
