今天中午購買了兩杯飲料,下午有去電反映其中一杯做錯成無糖的,但是店員當時未做適應處理。後來五點多接到店長來電誠意致歉,值得給予五星的評價

晚上的時候想買飲料送朋友, 因為朋友喜歡巧克力 而我在菜單上看見有2款類似的飲品, 所以就詢問店員 「濃情巧克力跟可可有什麼差別嗎?」 正常人這樣詢問,就是想知道2款飲料在味道或是材料或製作上有什麼差別。 她就回我一句 「味道不一樣。」 (謝囉??這個回答真的有敷衍) 然後就一直忙自己手上的東西, (這就是為什麼讓其他客人覺得不尊重的原因吧) 我後來試著再問「有哪一款味道像阿華田嗎?」 她說她不知道,一樣繼續忙她的東西。 然後飲料好了真的不叫人欸,不然就是聲音超小,我就在旁邊完全沒聽到。 不是說飲料店的服務要多好, 但是一個櫃檯人員 1.對飲品不熟悉,沒專業沒辦法給客人任何有用的資訊。 2.無法專注在櫃檯,忙其他事情至少也要知道櫃檯前有沒有人吧, 3.說話不看著人,沒有笑容就算了, 一些基本的服務話術不會,甚至沒辦法跟客人有效溝通 4.聲音超小,不知道在說什麼,也不會出餐叫號 (因為疫情戴口罩所以聲音比較小嗎?但去其他清心都沒問題,就只有這間店的這個店員有問題?你覺得客人會怎麼想?) 上面4點應該已經是完美的服務人員反教材吧。 會被客人討厭或誤會真的理所當然啦。 看了下面幾個留言發現女店員的態度不是1~2天了,如果是一個客人抱怨,可能是奧客,可能是誤會。 但3~4個客人跑上來給留言,和其他1星的評論,還不包含那些沒給評論的黑數。 店家還要認為沒事的話,那就這樣了。 反正那是你的員工,不是我們的責任

But 3 to 4 guests came up to leave comments, and other 1-star comments, not including those who did not give a comment. If the store still thinks it's okay, then that's it. Anyway, that’s your employee, not our responsibility

有點誇張,下著大雨,三個店員,只有我一個客人,櫃檯妹妹很不用心,三個人聊著天,過一會我發聲才發現我要點餐,點單到取飲料,也是心不在焉,忘東忘西,中途提醒三次購買袋子、未給袋子,轉頭就顧著聊天?
