花了半天的時間 等了一個小時就算了

想請問你們彰化銀行是怎麼做員工訓練的
行員毫無專業度
白白浪費顧客的時間
真的是爛到爆

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開戶時根本沒告知說要本人親自領取,結果後來請人帶領又說沒有委託書,說當初要辦的時候就要提出來了,誰知道之後有沒有空可以領上班時間又錯開,讓別人帶雙證件+簿子了還不行。那個三號櫃台人員態度又這麼差

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 客服電話難打,辦信用卡效率差到一個極點,要求補明細,也立刻如數補齊所需的月份明細,隔個幾天才通知道明細要求要在更多,起碼早點通知吧!你們效率差就算了,還想浪費民眾時間,有手上有各家銀行信用卡唯讀你們家辦起來最麻煩最沒效率

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 就是爛沒有之一,如果不是公司要指定彰銀薪轉就不要使用,趕快結清帳戶不要使用了!這間銀行爛到底!
幫人換折先致電詢問說可以代換,到了現場說要打給本人確認,打完電話跟本人確認後說不能換要本人來!
今天本人去了還是沒換到,就是一個不專業,及其擾民的銀行,金管會儘早令其收掉比較實在!
大家多跟金管會投訴,這間不知道是披著銀行外衣的什麼,沒有任何一點銀行該有的專業素養。
