★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 職員都很好，但只有接電話的總機小姐非常暴躁易怒沒禮貌。希望加強完善電腦稅務系統，讓民眾不需要再面對這麼不敬業的總機小姐，她能長期在家休息心情可能會比較好吧？
 The staff are very nice, but only the switchboard lady who answers the phone is very irritable and rude. I hope to strengthen and improve the computerized taxation system, so that people no longer need to face such a disengaged switchboard lady. Maybe it would be better for her to rest at home for a long time?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020年五月報稅時住在以前的租屋，因此通訊地址寫以前的地址，2020年六月一搬家，馬上利用內政部的系統更改通訊地址到新租屋。
結果2021年三月補稅單他們還是寄到舊的租屋處地址，因為他們說他們報稅單在2020年六月結單時，會把通訊地址改成報稅單的地址。
然後我因為根本沒有收到補稅單，被狂罰滯納罰金
申訴也沒用，他們永遠官官相護說他們依照規矩做事
明明是他們系統有BUG，改了通訊地址還會被以前的資料覆蓋，
但我們卻要為他們的BUG付罰金
When filing taxes in May 2020, I lived in my previous rental house, so write my previous address in my mailing address. If I move on June 1, 2020, I will immediately use the system of the Ministry of the Interior to change my mailing address to the new rental house.
As a result, they still mailed the tax return in March 2021 to the old rental address, because they said they would change their mailing address to the address of the tax return when their tax return was settled in June 2020.
Then I was violently fined for late payment because I didn’t receive the tax reimbursement form at all.
It's useless to appeal, they will always protect the officials and say that they do things according to the rules
Obviously there is a BUG in their system, and the communication address will be overwritten by the previous information after changing the address.
But we have to pay a fine for their bugs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨天去補綜所稅報稅文件，表格太複雜不會寫，二樓負責接件的櫃檯小姐說不會的話可以協助我，她非常熱心，專業熟悉，還主動幫我查詢之前繳款是否成功，雖然都是很基本的服務，但態度上讓人感受到主動積極熱心貼心，又笑臉迎人，貴單位有這種公務人員一定會讓民眾感受到服務100分。
Yesterday, I went to fill up the tax filing documents of the Comprehensive Office. The form was too complicated to write. The lady in charge of the reception counter on the second floor said that she could help me if she could not. She was very enthusiastic, professional and familiar, and actively helped me to check whether the previous payment was successful. Although they are all very basic services, their attitude makes people feel active, enthusiastic, caring, and welcoming people with a smile. Having such public servants in your organization will surely make people feel 100 points of service.
