★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 到了發現市場休假，以為沒開，原來在另一條巷子，也有其它小店，看起來也很好吃。這是當地人吃的，很古早味的，吃到炒飯沒想到是阿嬤以前家裡炒的味道. 西魯肉味道很好，是原味，但如果吃習慣加轟大師粉的西魯肉，可能就不覺得好吃。很多餐廳是加轟大師。各人喜歡沒有加粉的西魯肉.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 想很久的宜蘭市場內四海居小吃部，終於在連假完成朝聖了???五顆星太少了，我要給十顆星表達真的有夠好吃，就是愛吃這種傳統夠味的美食，這次點了四道：西魯肉,卜肉，拼盤滷味（四樣$150有魚卵，粉腸，鯊魚煙，骨肉）還有cp值無敵高的什錦炒飯（配料有蝦子，魷魚，鳥蛋，豬肝，豬腸，排骨酥...等等，不點實在不行）^^兩個人實在無法完食，最後西魯肉打包一半回家繼續吃?
