★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After an hour of waiting (at 8 in the morning) I got a refund and left. This restaurant doesn't care about customer service. It shouldn't take so long to make 小籠包. Don't waste your time here like I did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a popular and famous Xiao long bao (dumplings) restaurant in Yilan. The Xiao long bao was really really good. They make the dumplings when you order.
You can taste the juicy meat with green onion in it. Watch out when eat, there’s lots of juice in it. When it gets a bit cooler, you can try to put whole one in your mouth, pop it out and feel the juice in the mouth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No reputation at all… they said 1 hour and we waited. After 1 hour later they said still 1 hour to go. Seems they always prioritize dine-in customers. Don’t waste your time waiting if you are just a tourists… time is precious…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are craving meat dumpling (xiao long bao), this is the right place to eat. Besides having a cheap price, its menu has less than 10 choices so it is easy to choose. Queue and use the automated machine to order. Then, wait for your number( will be displayed on the screen). You hand over the order script, and the workers will prepare for you. Note: the queue is very long and as a result of having only 3 workers, the worker will just take away the plates that other customers eat. If you truly want to enjoy, wipe the table yourself, or even better, take away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pork xlb itself was delicious. Freshly made and I especially enjoyed the texture of the dough.
Be prepared for the long wait - average wait time is about an hour+ during meal time.
The other things on the menu are very mediocre. Hot and sour soup was neither hot or sour, but they were generous with the vegetables inside the soup.
Worth a visit if coming here during off hour and not during the summer (way too hot inside - recommending waiting outside until your number is called - seats are always available inside)
