★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 難得一個人潮少的假日經過宜蘭人故事館，突然好奇裡面在展什麼，原來這裡是宜蘭議會廳的舊址，一樓房間分別展示東嶽廟早期的燭臺交趾陶等，還有一些早期居民的竹編，傢具，不會擁擠挺空曠的，二樓的會議廳這在佈置不知是什麼表演，旁邊有小小不販售部，可以用不多的時間進來走走，如果參觀動線能表示清楚一點就更好了
 I passed by Yilan People’s Story Hall on a rare holiday with few crowds, and suddenly I was curious about what was on display. It turned out that this is the former site of the Yilan Parliament Hall. The rooms on the first floor display the early candlesticks and Jiaozhi pottery of Dongyue Temple, as well as some bamboo weaving of early residents. The furniture will not be crowded and it will be quite empty. The conference hall on the second floor is being arranged for some kind of performance. There is a small sales department next to it. You can come in and walk around in a short time. better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AD1959年的宜蘭縣議會廳舍，於2002年公告登錄為歷史建築，宜蘭市公所為活化歷史建築再運用，將舊建築規劃打造成『宜蘭人故事館』，館內共規劃五大區域，分別為1F故事展示區（舊縣議會建築歷史展、永恆的蔣渭水常設展、林朝欽創意燈籠主題展）、2F視聽教育館、2F智慧學習區、1F人文圖書區（書籍取閱、特色聯展主題藝廊、陳錦芳大師畫作特展）及1F餐飲美食區（舊議會咖啡、愛法餐廳、波堡披薩）， 整體區域很大，而且也有一些小橋流水還有池塘，很適合走走逛逛，看看蔣渭水先生的常設展，就明白台灣民主的珍貴。
The Yilan County Council Building in AD 1959 was registered as a historic building in 2002. The Yilan City Office planned to revitalize the historic building and repurposed the old building into a "Yilan People's Story Museum". Five areas are planned in the museum, namely 1F Story Display Area (Jiuxian County Council Building History Exhibition, Eternal Jiang Weishui Permanent Exhibition, Lin Chaoqin Creative Lantern Theme Exhibition), 2F Audiovisual Education Hall, 2F Smart Learning Area, 1F Humanities Book Area (book access, special joint exhibition theme gallery) , a special exhibition of Master Chen Jinfang’s paintings) and the 1F food and beverage area (Old Parliament Coffee, Aifa Restaurant, Beaubourg Pizza), the overall area is very large, and there are also some small bridges and ponds, which are very suitable for walking around and seeing Jiang Mr. Wei Shui's permanent exhibition shows the preciousness of Taiwan's democracy.
