掛號只講幾點截止，不說幾點開始，我提早2小時來了，結果跟我說下午沒看（電話中是講假的？）！！ 連一顆星我都不想給！

今天3:20先把健保卡拿去給櫃檯
接著四點準時回來，還告知櫃檯：約四點的我回來了！
然後就開始等等等等等等到4:46才被叫進去
比我晚到的人都進去看完出來了.....
中間問櫃檯，說我過號了⋯⋯？
但是我是依照你們說的時間回來欸！
約四點只是玩笑嗎⋯⋯
結果看完之後下雨，還淋了一身的雨.....
要是沒有這樣推遲，我現在頭就不會這麼痛了

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務態度很好 ，有些病患自己牙痛不想等 就在那裡吵吵鬧鬧 ，只會說別人的態度不好 ，反問 …這些吵鬧的病人 ，你們的態度好嗎 ？我常去看牙也是等候掛號 ，但我最常看見掛號小姐的無奈 ，因為這些只會吵鬧的病人真的很多 ，他們是不是在別間都這樣吵別間牙科不看他們啊 …才會跑來這裡亂 。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the staff have bad attitude. Too bad you're giving your patient some bad impression of the clinic no matter how good the dentist are. Need to be very friendly when talking wether if the person is older or younger than you
