★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 宜蘭縣政中心，位於蘭陽平原的中心點，是宜蘭最大的住宅重劃區，中心點為宜蘭縣政府，中央公園，宜蘭縣議會，由放射狀道路往外圍，分為縣政1街到縣政12街，區域內分佈這各式住宅，早期由日本象集團規劃，容積率超低，必須蓋斜屋頂，等等規定，為宜蘭最佳住宅區，近年因眷村改建，興建3大群軍宅，區內有凱旋國中，凱旋國小，及煙嵐飯店，鄰近宜蘭科學園區及宜蘭運動公園.
Yilan County Administrative Center, located in the center of Lanyang Plain, is the largest residential rezoning area in Yilan. The central point is Yilan County Government, Central Park, and Yilan County Council. From the radial road to the periphery, it is divided into County Government 1st Street. Xianzheng 12th Street, these various types of residences are distributed in the area. It was planned by the Japanese Elephant Group in the early stage. The plot ratio was extremely low, and sloped roofs were required. It was stipulated that it was the best residential area in Yilan. Military residence, in the area are Kaixuan Middle School, Kaixuan Elementary School, and Yanlan Hotel. It is adjacent to Yilan Science Park and Yilan Sports Park.
