★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看診時間8:00開始，醫師還沒到，大約8:20櫃台小姐去電給醫師，只說等一下就來。不清楚醫師怎麼了，也沒給交代何時會到，後來等到8:40醫師一直沒出現我就離開了。
早上大家上班上學時間分秒必爭，若醫師不是真遇上什麼重要的事，這樣對等待的病人也太不負責任了吧！
The consultation time started at 8:00, and the doctor hadn't arrived yet. At about 8:20, the lady at the counter called the doctor, just saying that he would come later. I don't know what's wrong with the doctor, and I didn't explain when the doctor will arrive. Later, I waited until 8:40 and left the doctor without showing up.

我能體會您們的初次感受，但您們如果熟悉後，您就會了解，他人其實很好，經驗很足。我從小就是給他看診的，第一次我媽媽帶我去時，他也是唸了我一下。後來我覺得他只是希望我多關心自己的身體，身體警訊這麼多還拖到很嚴重才去看醫生。我爸有急性血癌，也是他先發現緊急幫我們安排檢測，急轉宜蘭醫院的。

先看了第一間診所後只點了耳藥孩子耳朵悶住很不舒服聽不太到，
經由朋友介紹徐英忠耳鼻喉科，
醫生看診很仔細也很有耐心，
想不到棘手的油耳問題，
透徐醫師的專業很順利的解決，
過程中孩子也不會不舒服，
完全不靠滴耳，只要定期回診找徐醫師處理就好…
