★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1974年 龜山島居民因生活不便及軍事管制，集體遷到現址宜蘭大溪「仁澤社區」(後更名為龜山島社區)，1977年將原本龜山島上的信仰中心 「拱蘭宮」 重建於社區北方山麓。最早奉祀 太子爺哪吒，後改為媽祖，以保護漁民在海上的安全。
「拱蘭宮」被信徒遷出龜山島後，龜山島上舊址改奉祀觀世音菩薩，並更名為「普陀巖」。
In 1974, the residents of Guishan Island collectively moved to the current location of "Renze Community" (later renamed Guishan Island Community) in Daxi, Yilan due to inconvenience of life and military control. In 1977, the original belief center "Gonglan Palace" on Guishan Island was rebuilt. In the northern foothills of the community. It was first enshrined at Prince Nezha and later changed to Mazu to protect the safety of fishermen at sea.
After the "Gonglan Palace" was moved out of Guishan Island by believers, the old site on Guishan Island was changed to worship Guanshiyin Bodhisattva and its name was changed to "Putuoyan."
