★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great view and decent tea & dessert. Drive up the mountain along coastline, suitable for family size vehicles. Castle 2 has much lesser crowd offering similar view of the coast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A castle on top is the mountain, it is Mr. Brown Cafe. What an interesting place, with great views of the shorelines, ocean and the small town below. The views deserve 5 stars, but the coffee and desert only got 3. Come here, bring your friends and families, huge spaces, two floors, the 3rd is the roof, definitely visit. The picnic tables outside are also gteat, with views. Must be a mad house on weekends. Warning:. Narrow mountain roads coming up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A large Mr. Browns cafe set on the hilltop. Fantastic views of the coastline with a cup of coffee. They also sell ice cream. There are 2 floors of seating, an outdoor area and a open rooftop on the 3rd floor for a good view of the surrounding area. The road leading up to the cafe is rocky and narrow though, so care is needed to drive up there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During breakfast the menu mostly includes sandwiches with either coffee or orange juice. The teriyaki pork and grilled chicken sandwiches were good but the lunch and snack menus looked better.
The best part of the restaurant was the view which you can enjoy on each level and the roof, all accessible by elevator.

It has a windmill landscape structure to take a picture.
The main building provides drinks and food, and it's cheap.
If you have a trip for Toucheng, I recommend you can take a rest here.

The cafe was quite nice and the desserts were also satisfying

We love the change the system by arranging seat before you order, we accept the minimum charge which allow everyone come in with seat rather stand next to table awaits for seats
