前身是西山旅館，西元1906年 由 日本人 西山清次郎 經營的礁溪第一家商業溫泉旅館，礁溪溫泉商業化的始祖。建物至今保存尚佳，是礁溪唯一保留至今的日式溫泉旅館。內部有防空洞和一大井。
現在是 台灣銀行 的訓練中心和招待所。
童年模糊記憶裡大進進入圍牆內側曾經有位婆婆擺麵攤。
It is not open to the general public.
The predecessor was Xishan Hotel. In 1906, it was the first commercial hot spring hotel in Jiaoxi run by the Japanese Kiyojiro Nishiyama, the ancestor of the commercialization of Jiaoxi Hot Springs. The building is still well preserved, and it is the only Japanese-style hot spring hotel in Jiaoxi that has survived. Inside there is a bomb shelter and a large well.
It is now the training center and guest house of Bank of Taiwan.
In the fuzzy memories of childhood, Da Jin entered the wall and there was a mother-in-law who set up a noodle stall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 沒有對外開放，藍色的湯屋我大推，泉值勝過礁溪老爺(這就值五顆星)，缺點是廁所與浴室離房間有點遠(10公尺)，其他房客路過踩在木質地板上，一歪一歪的聲音有點吵，然後有11點的門禁，夜生活無法太晚
No opening, blue house soup big push me, Stephen value than Chiaohsi classic (This value is five stars), the drawback is the toilet and shower room is a bit far away (10 meters), other tenants passing step on the wooden floor on a crooked a crooked sound a bit noisy, and there are 11 access points, nightlife not too late
