★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老闆很客氣～只有專賣臭豆腐～專一好吃最重要！真的跟花蓮玉里一樣的口味～超級酥脆！外酥內嫩～泡菜蘿蔔絲加九層塔的清爽搭配！不用再去花蓮人擠人更不用抽號碼牌！吃美食就應該這樣輕鬆簡單！已經來第三次了～現在來宜蘭必去的口袋名單！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 臭豆腐好好吃！最厲害的是他的泡菜！不用殺去花蓮玉里就能吃到這麼好吃的臭豆腐，真幸福！有機會請務必殺過來吃！
臭豆腐
豆腐屬於比較不臭的，炸的很酥，很能吸汁。
愛吃辣的請記得加辣醬，辣醬屬於很稀的類型，建議多加一點才有感。
泡菜
必須鼓掌叫好的泡菜，是我吃過的臭豆腐裡，泡菜最驚艷的一家。
兩種泡菜，高麗菜和青木瓜絲（？還是蘿蔔絲），口感上很多層次，非常解膩，完全是會想一吃再吃的泡菜。
最後灑上的九層塔碎更是一絕，嚼到時突然衝出的香氣，讓人難以忘懷。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很開心不用跑去花蓮就能吃到玉里臭豆腐，雖然說宜蘭的臭豆腐也是好吃，但是很愛玉里橋頭臭豆腐有滿滿蘿蔔絲泡菜九層塔，真的很清爽解膩，然後一定要淋上好幾圈辣椒水（稀稀的，不是濃稠的辣椒醬）才完美！臭豆腐炸的很剛好，外皮酥脆內軟嫩，希望之後都可以一直維持住好味道。
I am very happy that I can eat Yuli stinky tofu without going to Hualien. Although the stinky tofu in Yilan is also delicious, I love Yuli Qiaotou stinky tofu. It is full of shredded radish and kimchi. A few rounds of chili water (thin, not thick chili sauce) is perfect! The stinky tofu was fried just right, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I hope it can maintain its good taste in the future.
