十勝千層的口感和外面常見的千層不同，餅皮每一層每一層吃起來都很「清楚」，不是那種入口即化奶油感重的，但我意外的還滿喜歡的～

The taste of Tokachi Melaleuca is different from the common Melaleuca outside. Each layer of the pie crust tastes "clearly". It is not the kind of cream that melts in the mouth and has a heavy feel, but I still like it unexpectedly~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Beautiful and delicious cakes at a premium price point. Well-made beverages too (Iced Cocoa Milk and Hot Earl Grey Milk Tea ordered). (5stars)
2. Dine-in service has significant room for improvement: (2stars)
2a. Table-side service was staggered and not prompt. Two glasses of cocoa-milk arrived in 5 minutes with a slice of chocolate fudge. However, it took another 10 minutes before one of two slices of crepe cake, which were both on display in the fridge, was served. The second slice of crepe cake arrived another 10 minutes later, for no apparent reason. My pot of Hot Earl Grey Tea arrived after 20 minutes from placing the order.
2b. Customer-service is all about making the customer feel satisfied and happy to patronise the establishment. Sadly, the standard of table-service here was disappointing. The waiters need to be more enthusiastic and have a sense of urgency over their work.
3. Recommended only for take-away orders of their well-made cakes, until such time their in-house dining experience shows significant improvement. 加油!
