是吃膩了炸蔥餅的另一選擇！
我們點了起司爆漿湯包($80)、三星蔥爆漿湯包($70)，吃起來都蠻特別的。
三星蔥爆漿湯包好蔥喔(有這種形容詞嗎XD)，湯汁都整個爆出來。
不過小籠包裡面其實是沒有包蔥的哦！只有湯包的上面撒滿了蔥花，而裡面包的是鮮豬肉。
皮真的很薄，蔥撒得沒在客氣的，肉的鮮味跟蔥蒜味這樣子搭起來其實蠻好吃的，喜歡蔥的人真的會很喜歡。
不過啊，LU覺得裡面的鮮肉餡料可以再多一些會比較好吃。

It is another choice for the scallion pancakes when you are tired of eating!
We ordered the cheese soup dumplings ($80) and the Samsung spring onion soup dumplings ($70), both of which tasted quite special.
The three-star spring onion soup is packed with green onions (is there such an adjective? XD), and the whole soup bursts out.
However, there is actually no green onion in the xiaolongbao! Only the top of the soup bun is sprinkled with chopped green onion, and the inside is fresh pork.
The skin is really thin, the spring onions are not polite, and the umami of the meat is actually quite delicious when combined with the onion and garlic flavor. People who like green onions will really like it.
However, LU thinks that it would be more delicious if there were more fresh meat fillings in it.

皮感偏重些，內餡的肉感相對較薄弱，雖然有汁，但由於肉感太少根本沒有搭配感。
我們這次點三星蔥口味，蔥給的算是很多，但是真的跟小籠包本人沒有特別結合，很像是兩種分開食材...

優點：現點現蒸，食物燙口，表層從給的滿滿很大方，不太需要排隊
缺點：口味普通

內餡不含蔥，現蒸很棒，可惜口感普普，皮稍有厚度，內餡普通，沒有腥味，肉餡紮實，不算特別鮮美，但蔥真的超級加分，蔥又脆又香，沒有辛辣味，靠蔥拯救他的小籠包宇宙。
＊起司湯包
不太推薦，本身湯包吃多有點膩了，起司消耗更多的耐受度，而且搶掉湯包原有的些許鮮味，油膩感跟鹹味更加突出，一兩個人吃一盒有點太膩，多幾個人分比較不會吃到厭世。
