炒飯略濕，炒麵台式手法，湯汁多帶微甜，表現比炒飯優。
皮蛋極粉，即使炸過口感還是軟爛，脫離「好吃」範疇看不到盡頭…
整體調味偏鹹，連湯也是，飲料錢就不要省了，原則上這裡不適合口味清淡者。
