螺螄粉吃的時候還偏硬咬不斷
想說Q彈也不至於咬不斷吧
看了分享的圖片麵體都是透明的
但我那天吃的螺螄粉麵體中間很實心
果然我腹瀉了三天….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店面乾淨，服務態度熱情有禮。酸辣粉Q彈、鴨血軟嫩，五香滷花生爽脆，辣味整體層次不錯，花椒的麻有適度呈現。應該有針對台灣人的口味稍微調整沒有四川那麼重，整體來說水準不錯。
The store is clean and the service is warm and polite. The hot and sour noodles are Q bombs, duck blood is soft and tender, the five-spice braised peanuts are crispy, the overall level of spiciness is good, and the numbness of pepper is moderately presented. There should be a slight adjustment to the taste of Taiwanese, not as heavy as Sichuan, and the overall standard is good.
