★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為朋友的介紹，來到宜蘭大同鄉這個綠田農莊，老闆夫婦公職退休後努力經營這個生態農莊10幾年，裡面種植了非常多種的作物， 居然在這邊還嘗試了從來沒吃過的神秘果，吃了他以後再吃其他酸的東西居然變成甜的，老闆娘還教我們做沙梨橄欖，我們是自己採摘、煮了以後把皮去掉，加上冰糖醃製，據說兩三天以後就可以食用，還有養雞鴨鵝，真的非常推薦大家有機會能去這裡參觀體會，不過最好先預約免得撲空。
