晶饌有1500/2000兩種價位,差異只有在草蝦跟龍蝦這道餐!主餐有肋眼牛、松阪豬、羊排跟雞排,還可以加兩百元把肋眼升級成老饕牛!每道菜都很有特色,很喜歡半蒸煮的龍蝦佐海膽醬以及牛肉捲著紫蘇葉、剝皮辣椒跟鮭魚卵。龍蝦份量很大,沒有過多調味超級鮮甜!牛肉捲整個層次超豐富,紫蘇超級香!其餘的干貝、鮑魚也都水準之上!甜點選擇不多 鐵板師傅是老闆也是家中的爸爸,女兒跟太太都在旁邊幫忙備餐,家人配合默契很溫馨!坐在搖滾區還可以跟師傅聊不停,值得一提的是這家還是是寵物友善餐廳,狗狗放在推車就可以了唷! 整體來說很喜歡,下次有機會可以再來!

This is over all a great Teppanyaki restaurant. I like most of chef's meal, sidedish and desserts except that thick raw salmon with grilled cheese warp. It doesn't have the usual freshness of salmon nigri/sashimi and that medium-rare salmon filet is a bit too thick. The taste will probably be much better if that filet was sliced in half. After all, a huge chunk of sashimi is not a savory way to enjoy raw fish. Nevertheless, with it's decent service, this restaurant deserve rating of 4 stars.
