買了好幾次，
以為只是店家手誤，
後面也買了好幾次支持，
但各項炸物都太鹹，
鹽巴好像不用錢，
吃到後面直接丟了，
感覺吃完要洗腎了，
希望店家能夠更用心經營，
加以改善！
 The oil is fairly clean,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 熟度恰到好處，外皮酥脆不油膩，沒有油耗味外，脫油也處理得很棒。雞排、雞皮、魷魚等都好吃。有令我驚艷到，在宜蘭待了兩晚都買它當宵夜。
The maturity is just right, the skin is crispy and not greasy, there is no oil consumption, and the degreasing is also excellent. Chicken steak, chicken skin, squid, etc. are all delicious. I was so surprised that I bought it as a supper after two nights in Yilan.
