今天第一次來吃花愛現小酒館,好友3個月前就預約了,花愛現是一間無菜單料理餐館,所以當天到現場上菜才知道菜色,我們都非常期待。結果完全超乎預期啊啊,每一道菜都很好吃,可以吃出蔬菜和海鮮的鮮甜,料理非常美味,吃下來除了很滿足之外,身體也不會有負擔,聽老闆娘解說才知道他們的菜都是當天在田裡採收,海鮮也是早上去港口買的,料理時盡可能的保留食材原味、鮮味不添加味精或是其他人工添加物,就連米也是自己種的!幾乎自給自足嘛!(米很好吃!我離開也買了2包回家?),而我們毫不猶豫的又定了下一次的聚餐,我最愛的是馬鈴薯跟蓮藕牛奶蛤蜊湯,是近年喝到最好喝的湯還有點心洛神花果凍,嚴格說起來這一餐是今年在外聚餐最美味的一餐! 來到花愛現小酒館,吃美味的料理,感受溫馨的氛圍,熱情可愛的老闆娘以及超級會料理的老闆!到底為何能每一道料理都這麼好吃阿? 謝謝花愛現,你們的用心愛心熱情努力,料理都傳達出來了~ 照片只有呈現菜色一部分,要保留點神秘感,這樣去吃時就會更加surprise ?
