★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 頭前溪河濱公園涵蓋了許多運動休閒場地：棒壘球場，遛狗區，及沿著河堤的運動步道，這步道向西沿著頭前溪延伸至南寮漁港，並接到到新竹18公里海岸線，對愛好騎車的車友是個停車的好地方，不騎車的話，可在附近散散步或慢跑，從此停車場往湳雅街在往返的距離大約６公里左右，此外運動步道旁有需多的公用運動器材，像是滑步器，扭腰器，大輪盤...等等，往北可跨越頭前溪到竹北端的河濱公園，枯水期，其實可以走過豆腐塊，穿越頭前溪河床到竹北端。
Touqianxi Riverside Park covers many sports and leisure venues: baseball and softball fields, dog walking areas, and a sports trail along the river embankment. This trail extends westward along the Touqian River to Nanliao Fishing Port and connects to Hsinchu. The 18-kilometer coastline is a good place to park for bikers. If you don’t ride a bike, you can take a walk or jog nearby. The round-trip distance from the parking lot to Nanya Street is about 6 kilometers. In addition, there are sports trails. Need a lot of public sports equipment, such as skaters, waist twisters, big roulette...etc. To the north, you can cross the Touqian River to the riverside park at the northern end of Zhubei. During the dry season, you can actually walk through tofu blocks and cross Touqianxi riverbed to the northern end of bamboo.

也有定期除草
但附近棒壘球常在一般草地區域（非球場安全網內）接傳球或是練習打擊 對路過一般民眾有安全疑慮 而且有不少小朋友 路過請大家小心
