★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 完全不能理解為什麼增加轉帳約定帳戶這種簡單的服務一定要安排在動作慢、要辦理開戶等花時間業務的服務台？一般服務明明流動超快。只會死死按照規定走、不懂的站在客戶立場想，就是會變成這樣。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 你手上如果只有少少幾張要辦，我勸你不要來，這裡雖然看起來人不多，但每個人都是公司會計，一掏出來就是一大疊，你看起來櫃檯前面沒人，其實是大宗熟客單據放了就跑，櫃檯半小時都不能再接新客，沒有區分企業客戶，散客一樣的排隊時間只做一兩筆真的不划算。
If you only have a few copies to handle, I advise you not to come here. Although it seems that there are not many people here, everyone is an accountant of the company. It's the bulk of regular customers who ran away as soon as the receipts were released, and the counter was not able to pick up new customers for half an hour. There was no distinction between corporate customers, and it was really not cost-effective to make only one or two queuing times for individual customers.
