★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上週補班日去一趟辦理數位跟一般帳戶約轉,年紀稍長櫃員不清楚數位帳戶作業方式,跟我說要在網銀上辦理,還好隔壁兩位年輕櫃員聽到立即反應是要臨櫃...也(尷尬地)主動幫助他處理完成,服務態度蠻友善沒其他評論上的那樣嚇人。
Last week, I went to make an appointment with a general account on a shift day. The older teller didn’t know how to work with the digital account. He told me to do it through online banking. Fortunately, the two young tellers next door heard that they wanted to come to the counter immediately ...Also (embarrassingly) took the initiative to help him complete the process, and the service attitude was quite friendly and not as scary as other reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 真的就跟大家說的一樣,一開始去的櫃員都還不錯,今天中午去,櫃員兩個人,一個有客人,一個剛辦完就起身離開了~完全無視現場還有客人在等,(今天下雨現場只有我一位在等)可能他們椅子擺放位置在兩側,依據她的說法是沒有看到人?哈哈哈!
後來就等等等,等她悠閒的走回來,剛好後面的主管吧看到給她使眼色叫她趕快服務客人,我才走過去說妳們動作很慢,人少就算了,動作還這麼慢,想當然打哈哈的說「是喔 抱歉啊~諸如此類的官腔」
整件分行給人的感覺就是無敵散漫沒有活力死氣沈沈,大家很會低頭裝忙。
跟隔壁的邦邦、南南相比真的差很大!!
而且感覺整間分行都沒有人想要改善這樣的氛圍~反正有沒有客人都沒差?
因為剛好以前就有邦邦和台企帳戶,要做帳才拿出塵封多年的台企讓它起死回生,現在認真考慮去南南開戶好了,因為不想再走進負能量滿點的場所。

The whole branch gives people the impression that it is invincible, loose, not energetic, and lifeless, and everyone will bow their heads and pretend to be busy.
Compared with the neighboring Bangbang and Nannan, it is really very different! !
And it feels that no one in the whole branch wants to improve the atmosphere~ Are there any customers?
Because just before there was an account with Bangbang and Taiwanese companies, I took out the Taiwanese companies that had been dusty for many years to bring them back to life. Now I seriously consider opening an account in Nannan because I don't want to go into a place full of negative energy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 超級慢 人員辦流程的過程中會一直被同事打斷問事情或叫去拿個東西再回來繼續辦 坐在那裡會有大概三次這樣 再來就是坐在那邊等一個小時多 號碼都不叫不知道在做什麼其他事情 或許是忙還是怎樣但其他銀行並不會這樣 光看他們在那邊做事情的感覺就是很亂
提款卡補發需要一個禮拜的時間才能再回去拿 實在很不方便…我倒是不知道為何其他銀行可以現在做現在馬上補發可是這邊不能 其實要不是我們公司用這銀行我真的不會想在這銀行開戶唉
