★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一直沒有來評論 最近有空正好來評 當初要看房因緣際會下剛好遇到申小姐當房仲幫我們介紹 也很快有找到滿意的房子 這裡還蠻感謝的 不過後來約隔幾天要簽約 申小姐居然沒有來 身為房仲也收了我們的仲介費在簽約的時候沒有出現 正常來說 應該都是簽約時付仲介費 我們在繳納訂金的時候就給了 不免讓我們覺得收了錢就不負責任了 實在是太誇張

很認真了解客戶需求，清楚分析我想要的房型在新竹地區不好找，但還是盡力的掏出口袋名單、積極聯絡房東，花半個下午帶我各處看房卻沒有一絲不耐煩！(可惡評分怎麼不能給10星=A=)
