★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務態度差，只顧自己有房間住，旅客還得自己跟飯店溝通為何房間被取消，只顧換高鐵車票提前走，枉顧旅客的權益，不建議再參與此旅行社之活動，就是差差差到爆。說沒有採購行程，其實都是刻意安排採購，花1-2小時在採購上，知本遊樂園只讓你進去30分鐘到此一遊，算什麼行程，算什麼東西，真的有辱鐵路之旅
