請問是？？臉皮多厚可以直接這樣回覆？
而且2月初時，電話告訴我們會通知衛浴廠商，跟我們聯絡馬桶破損的問題，結果等兩個禮拜後，我們直接打給廠商詢問目前進度，才發現你們根本沒向衛浴公司報修，那之前是在糊弄我們？3月中時原廠說已經和你們聯絡，你們會再打電話給我們，結果到現在！我們都還沒接到電話。你們遇到問題都這樣冷處理就對了？
