I recommend to try the bacon and egg pancake, and combine it with mix milk black tea and rice milk. It's a weird combinations but it doesn't taste funny at all. They open from 6.00PM to 10.00AM in the next day, there are indoor and outdoor seats, the price is really wallet friendly (ranging from 10 to 45 NTD) and the foods and drinks is quite tasty. However, probably due to the cold weather the foods is cold, so it's better for take out order and warm them by yourselves.
