在試衣間試衣服 店員沒有敲門 拉門拉不開 直接用東西把鎖轉開 我聽到有人拉門的聲音 以為是其他客人 結果開門後竟然是兩個男店員要進來 不知道要幹嘛 當場傻眼 還好我已經換好衣服準備走了 結帳的時候跟櫃檯反應 櫃檯人員有道歉 所以勉強還你們一顆星 試衣間就是試衣間 要堆東西是你們家的事 但請記得他就是試衣間 裡面是會有客人在換衣服的好嗎 麻煩你們...長個腦很難嗎

店員很多,全都聚在櫃檯旁聊天,幫忙拿鞋子尺寸之後直接丟在你旁邊然後回去聊天,之後完全不會理你(看來有很多很重要的事要聊),適合需要自我空間的客人。 跟對面NIKE的服務態度比真是天差地別,可能也沒有很缺業績,真幸福。

週年慶期間詢問的鞋款,搭配會員卡被店員告知9折(藍尾史密斯),因為這雙鞋同款已買過不只一次,每次都有9折(當天甚至腳下就是穿著這雙,所以連試穿都沒有就去結帳),不疑有他就去排隊結帳,週年慶人潮較多所以排了一小時左右。結果到櫃台時,結帳員沒有登入會員就直接告知沒有折扣,然後就問我是哪個店員說的?真是傻眼,說沒有折扣就算了,因為各家優惠條件是商家的權利,所以我沒有意見,只是要顧客指認什麼?我能拿到鞋子不就是店員幫我取得的嗎?當下沒買除了覺得浪費時間,還有覺得新竹巨城店愛迪達服務真的很不理想,隔天回到台北在京站店買到一樣的鞋款(因為週年慶有9折,所以連會員卡都不用),結帳時也會登入會員系統。以前也在忠孝店、西門店買過的確是會登入會員後結帳,不懂新竹巨城店sop怎麼跟別人不同?

晚上21:00結帳,結帳店員態度很差:1. 結帳刷抵用卷QR code嫌顧客的螢幕太暗....同天去別層樓卻可以刷,誰的問題比較大(螢幕亮度不是自動調整)2. 檢查鞋子有髒汙,跟結帳店員反應想麻煩他們幫忙清潔,但口氣很差的說:這邊是結帳區,要請鞋區的店員幫忙?(買鞋頭一次遇到服務態度不佳的店員) 很想跟自己說因為週年慶人潮眾多,體諒店員。但想到顧客要接受店員的怨氣,實在是無法忍受

想說評論應該待商榷,結果真的很糟的服務態度。下次會去站前愛迪達。這家專櫃不推。
