★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 打電話預約自取，結果一直等不到，好不容易等到以為是自己的餐，結果說是後面的@@我訂的是紅豆花生牛奶，吃到卻是綠豆仙草……本來一直是常客，我也知道生意很好才會事先打電話預約，結果等很久還弄錯，有點失望。

其實一家店好不好吃
吃「紅豆」、「花生」就知道了
不會死甜，花生紅豆都飽滿有軟
真的是很不錯的傳統冰店
雖地點稍差 但口味值得再訪

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 生意興隆用料新鮮，有熱甜湯、燒仙草、紅豆湯圓花生湯與冰品，用料選擇多樣，甜度適中不會死甜，滿足味蕾及舌尖，實在大碗又經濟實惠
The business is booming. The ingredients are fresh. There are hot sweet soup, burning fairy grass, red bean dumplings, peanut soup and ice products. There are various choices of ingredients. The sweetness is moderate and not dead sweet, which satisfies the taste buds and the tip of the tongue. It is a big bowl and economical.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我吃了至少13年有哦，高一吃到退伍出社會，只要有回新竹，第一件事就是繞來看看阿惠冰店有沒有開，有開就一定會進來吃，或是外帶個兩碗回家嗑，阿惠冰店陪了我大半輩子，冷的熱的都有賣，花生湯跟紅豆湯很滑順濃郁，實在好吃，但現在疫情關係不能內用，
總之因為我個人的喜好，我這10幾年來一直都只會點紅豆牛奶冰，辣個紅豆真的是又軟又綿，甜度適中，煮的剛剛好像泥巴狀，真的太讚了，配上煉乳，希望冰店可以一直生意興隆
I have been eating it for at least 13 years, and when I was discharged from the army in the first year of high school, the first thing I did when I went back to Hsinchu was to come and see if the Ahui Bing Restaurant was open. I went home to eat two bowls. Ah Hui Bing Store has been with me for most of my life. They sell both hot and cold. Peanut soup and red bean soup are very smooth and rich. They are really delicious.
In short, because of my personal preference, I have only ordered red bean milk ice for more than 10 years. The spicy red bean is really soft and soft, with moderate sweetness. It just looks like mud when cooked. It's really amazing. On the condensed milk, I hope the ice shop can always be booming

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the years, this place has slowly and surely become the best Taiwanese dessert shops in Hsinchu. Their red bean soup, barley soup and the mixed flavour are my absolute favourites. A great place to try out some classic Taiwanese taste.
