野菜と豚ひき肉を春巻きの皮で巻いて揚げたもの、米麺（ブン）をたれに漬けながら食べる
ベトナム語表記なかったが「ブンチャー」だと思う。
野菜はレタスや大根。ドクダミやミントは入ってなかったが、これはこれであり。
紙の大椀にたっぷり、一人では食べきれないボリューム
日本のベトナム料理はフォーが主流で、ブンチャーがあるところはなかなかないので、台湾で食べられてうれしかった。
