★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這麼多戶的大廈，每一區的管理員卻不是24小時制的，有時候下班要取包裹，管理員都下班了。社區存款那麼多，請個日夜輪班的很難嗎？而且假日也沒人在，是有多窮酸？還是國泰建設的…真的不太合理
In a building with so many households, the administrators of each district are not on a 24-hour system. Sometimes, when they need to pick up packages after get off work, the administrators are all off work. There are so many deposits in the community, is it difficult to hire a day and night shift worker? And there is no one on the holiday, how poor is it? It's still built by Cathay Pacific... It's really unreasonable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice large apartment complex with plenty of public space and good facilities. Residents have access to a small gym, fitness classes, KTV rooms, pool tables, three playgrounds and a swimming pool (only open in the summertime). There is also a convenience store and nurseries. This is not as luxurious as many of the new apartment complexes, but it is very well run and maintained. Rental and apartment prices are reasonable and the maintenance fee is only a few thousand. Security is good and they discourage vehicles on the interior road making it a good place for exercise and safe for children.
