今天是我第一次去，看到兩位年歲較長的店家人員。結帳時不小心收了錢忘記找錢，我提醒了就趕快給我了。他們手腳比較沒特別快，也會可能有些疏漏；但看到他揮著汗認真的不斷把每個滷包在不同的滷味籠子裏面移動（不知道是不是美味秘訣），或是她不斷在結帳跟處理食材位置來回移動，能感受到他們的認真跟投入。
不過在人潮較多的時段，要做好等待的心理準備，趕時間者建議三思。
