IG追蹤:hobbitancats 要不是有人送我吃我都不知道這家藏身在小巷子裡的甜點工作室 看評論大部分人都是推他們家乳酪蛋糕,那我要來推個巧克力布朗尼蛋糕 因為我真的超~~~難得吃到這麼好吃的巧克力布朗尼耶! 造型像朵小花可愛討喜,上面灑了糖粉跟堅果粒 巧克力味濃郁,但可能因為選用的巧克力是那種甜中又帶有大人感苦味的巧克力,甜度適中所以不膩口,吃起來罪惡感也沒那麼重XD 冷藏吃,蛋糕體足夠濕潤不噎口,不像有些布朗尼紮實到像是巧克力醬濃縮體很可怕… 冷凍吃則會變得像雪糕的口感,更適合在炎炎夏日享用 冷藏3天冷凍則可以放到10天,是比較沒有壓力的保存期限,可以每天慢慢享用也不怕吃不完,難怪我朋友會選這個當彌月蛋糕

紐約重乳酪超級好吃? 是我吃過的重乳酪數一數二厲害的。 雖有著樸實的外表, 但吃的時候讓人記憶點滿滿! 酸酸甜甜的重乳酪香氣會在嘴巴噴發, 綿密細緻濕潤的口感搭配底下的派皮, 再來一杯咖啡實在太享受了☕️ 尤其上方鹹香起司丁?, 是這顆重乳酪蛋糕的靈魂所在, 雖然整體甜度偏高, 但因為有檸檬香氣及鹹味乳酪丁點墜, 整體吃起來讓人一口接著一口的非常順口, 朋友的小孩不愛吃甜,確能吃完整塊, 真的非常厲害耶! 我把沒吃完的冰在冷凍庫, 拿出來吃的時候又再被驚艷一次, 冰在冷凍的口感好像起司冰淇淋呀~
