但小孩子超喜歡在lobby跟走廊玩蛇板、腳踏車，三不五時撞破東西。
公告貼了很久換了又換，希望家長勸導小孩，看起來是沒用，呵。
隔音很差非常差，隔壁講甚麼都聽得見連用餐的碗盤聲都聽得到，當然也會聽到樓上的腳步聲....

隔音並不好，客廳有人講話，房間會睡不著，也會聽到對面學校的活動或廣播。
時常有人在裝潢，或樓上在室內玩跳繩都聽得到。
每兩棟一座三菱電梯，電梯永遠看不到鏡子，因為都有人在裝潢。
警衛很好，會把包裹送到門口。
健身房只有跑步機跟飛輪有氧類，沒有重訓器材。泳池夏天開放，住戶也要收費。
Children love to play snake board in lobby and corridor! It is useless to break the glass and post a notice, so be careful when you walk.
The soundproofing is not good. Someone is talking in the living room, the room will not sleep, and the activities or broadcasts of the opposite school will be heard.
People are often decorating, or playing skipping indoors upstairs.
There is one Mitsubishi elevator in every two buildings, and the elevator can never see the mirror because there are people decorating.
The guard is very nice and will deliver the package to the door.
The gym only has treadmills and flywheel aerobics, no heavy training equipment. The swimming pool is open in summer and residents have to pay.
