鯖魚用的是台灣產的花腹鯖而不是挪威的白腹鯖，比較大隻但比較沒什麼油脂。吃起來可能背肉會有點乾。中骨已經被取下但腹骨和血合骨還在，需要花一些時間把魚刺取出。

現在喜歡吃烤雞腿 很香 但是配菜比較沒有特色 可以加強一下 台元最便宜的雙主菜便當 還有飲料跟湯喔
