★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 預約時間跟實際看到醫生時間差整快一個小時 ， 前台小姐經驗不足，儀器也不熟悉操作有待加強訓練 。整體室內環境很不錯
The time difference between the appointment time and the actual time to see the doctor is almost an hour. The receptionist is not experienced enough and the equipment is not familiar with the operation and needs to be strengthened. The overall indoor environment is very good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 兩週前去補了蛀牙跟洗牙，結果補完後牙線進不去，預約後櫃檯告知要兩週後才有辦法處理。
今天處理完成，竟然再收了我一次健保費！？
真心覺得太誇張，我詢問櫃台這不是你們的疏失嗎？為什麼還要再收一次。
櫃台回答我 醫生也有順便清一下所以再收一次合理。
這個狀況是不是可以提報健保局。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本來要看智齒發炎 但當天沒有不舒服 就親自打電話取消預約 櫃檯說這樣之後就不能再預約該位醫生的時間
建議如果有這樣的規定 應該在網站上 或是 打電話預約時 跟病人說明 而不是到時候才在酸對方

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我在微風有過兩次治療行程，每次都約半年，共接觸過五位醫生，每位都很有耐心。微風最大特點應該是醫療分工，除了老闆稍有傲氣，其它醫生都很親切，讓人敢問問題。第二優點是設備先進，不停更新。預約到就診時間都不會超過十分鐘，不是某網友所說要等一小時。醫院很有醫德，不會為討好患者，多開止痛藥，事實上我只拿過一次止痛藥，而且是我要求的。有兩個缺點，第一與稅務有關，第二是治療行為。

Breeze’s greatest feature should be the division of labor. Except for the boss’s a little arrogance, the other doctors are very kind and let people dare to ask questions. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 都在這定期洗牙、檢查，家人在這矯正也很滿意。個人習慣提早到，但即使提早到也可能碰上被前一個病患耽誤而要等的情況，不過有問題醫生都會很有耐心花時間回答

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 事先約好看矯正時間，市區騎車至竹北診所的車程，因下班塞車耽誤了10-15分鐘，櫃檯直接說要改期，每次診療時間也要半小時，櫃檯既然讓下一位先進去治療，才過15分鐘！也沒有候診等前一個結束再進去治療！專程跑一趟的用意在哪！？病患時間就不是時間嗎！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不知道是不是不缺病人，遲到沒有10分鐘一到現場直接跟我說已經讓下一位進去了請改期再來！（雖然我遲到我有錯，但可以先讓下一位客人進去看，那為什麼就不能讓我也改成他的下一位看呢？）對於這樣的對應方式真的很讓人火大+不舒服！
在微風給朱醫師看了10年牙齒，每次準時到也都是要等至少半小時以上，加上上次妹妹預約洗牙，櫃檯小姐的服務態度差到傻眼，今天又發生這種事直接讓我不想再來了。
只能說微風的櫃檯小姐服務態度跟對應措施再不改善，很多老主顧跟客人都會跑光光吧：）
