所以連我阿嬤都說很香很好吃⋯⋯

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天是228。買好已結帳的餅 寄放在店家 十分鍾後竟然被轉賣 還換放一個不同口味的說這個比較小 160元 還沒有跟我道歉。解釋得支支吾吾 把責任推給那個拿走的客人。老闆 生意是這樣做的嗎?客人沒經過你同意 會把放在後臺的餅拿走 這不就是你的問題嗎?

蛋黃酥第67間,來到竹北火車站前的【達興老餅店】。【達興老餅店】獲獎很多次,裝潢和佈置比較陳舊無過多包裝,老闆是老夫婦,應該是不錯的古早味。
☑蛋黃酥?45 = 口感很不一樣;層次多,有種起酥麵包的口感,蠻特別的。內部紅豆泥比較鬆散,顏色比起一般蛋黃酥內餡都烏鴉鴉的,較為成半透明紅色,口感較輕盈;蛋黃的味道相當明顯,鹹亮,口味餘韻很好,有特色。嘴底的感覺很清爽,不會過於油膩or過乾。6分,以45元來說,相當物超所值,連不愛吃甜點的老媽都嘴饞吃兩個。?
☑榮玉酥?55 = 烤箱烤8分鐘,入口,上面餅皮的部分確實有不錯的層次感,不會過乾。內部像是綠豆餡料搭配蛋黃,綠豆餡算是細緻有濕,不過蛋黃的香氣就顯得沒有那麼突出了,5分。
