★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因疫情5/18宣布三級全台停課,立即告知清潔公司,家人老老小小都在家裡,基於安全考量先請假2週,依照政府防疫為主。之後我每兩個星期依照政府最新防疫向清潔公司請假,6月底公司人員就一直跟我說疫情不知道會到什麼時候,我不能這樣一直請下去,政府並沒有規定他們不能上班而且是規定一個家庭算是一個個體,所以管家進來也不算五人以上的群聚,並且寄給我一張已經勾好暫停理由的申請書,只留暫停截止日和簽名給我填。理由是「其他雖不符合前列各款事由,但不可歸責於甲方事由致無法使用清潔服務者」,裡面內容沒有一個跟疫情相關的理由,並一直強調請假管家會有經濟上的壓力。
管家會信任清潔公司不就是因為公司比自己接案子還要有保障,怎各行各業都咬牙苦撐,老闆員工共體時艱,疫情期間百業皆艱辛,多少行業像清潔工公司一樣沒有被列管停業而有補助,但公司讓我的感覺就是把壓力轉嫁到客戶端。請假時間服務費一樣繼續扣,我們也沒關係,只希望能夠安全第一。公司說提供管家快篩讓我們安心,但對管家們真的安全嗎?管家們都是長時間處於最容易鬆懈的居家環境,就身為醫療人員的我回到家都全身換洗,戴著口罩,最重要的不就是要減少接觸,但公司並沒有因應疫情調整降低管家的接觸風險。
7月底疫情趨緩,我要恢復清潔時也被服務人員告知我,服務我五年的管家已經調走了,這是我最生氣的地方,我知道有可能我恢復清潔的時候管家有可能不會一樣,目前是在我請假的這段期間請我的管家會先去代班,但確定調走之前都沒告訴我一聲,我每兩個禮拜電話請假都沒先告知,而是最後我提恢復清潔時跟我說,因為請假太久管家有經濟壓力所以調走了。
居家清潔本來就是私人並且需要良好的信任關係,這次公司疫情期間的處理非常不妥,把問題推到管家和客戶,讓人感覺只向錢看齊。
