我反問美甲師、我如果腳趾頭有傷口的時候、有可能會在熱水裡面泡20分鐘嗎⋯⋯
希望你們總部給予一個完善回覆、我並不是第一次去那邊消費、本人是在這家美甲店開幕的時候就已經開始購買儲值卡使用。

斯朵利美甲竹北三民店的服務品質和人員素質實在是很差、這是我第二次來這家店、遇到ㄧ個不懂裝懂的媽媽級、而且聽她的口音還不是台灣人、還亂說話、說我的指甲凹凸不平、如果要平整、還必須加收200元!這根本就是技術不好、才會發生的事
第1.我的指甲根本沒有凹凸不平的狀況、很明顯就是店家技術不好、而把錯都怪在客人身上
第2.就算是真的凹凸不平、難道光療上的凝膠是沒有辦法蓋住它嗎?為什麼還要再加收 200元?我都已經花錢做指甲了、但卻還要再加收這莫名其妙的費用、當下真的很讓人火大
第3.當我挑選完顏色、店員也幫我塗上去了、但卻發現原來這個顏料沒有了、又幫我卸掉、再讓我重新挑選其它顏色、這麼不專業的行爲、這不是當初在幫客人做之前、就應該要知道的嗎?
第4.做完指甲後、店家竟然還有臉要求我要幫她在網路上評論5顆星、憑什麼我被說成這樣、然後還要好評?還要求其他同事ㄧ起來遊說
如此技術爛的店、我是不會再去消費了

之所以會儲值是因為方便以及信任,希望可以長久配合不隨意亂換,除了店長之外的員工做的都不敢再度恭維,決定不在去。儲值剩下的隨便給朋友用了!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次來到此分店進行美甲消費。美甲師人很親切客氣,但是指甲油顏色真的少得誇張,絕大多數是粉色系跟淺色顏色,過少的顏色選擇幾乎無法忠實呈現指定款的樣式。另外可能因為照片顏色不明顯,所以須經提醒美甲師才注意到有兩款顏色,並有添加金邊。這個消費經驗不太愉快,應該不會再去消費了。
