配料量多，麵條口感蠻合口味，
湯頭順口清爽，與正統日式濃郁的豚骨湯不同。
個人比較喜歡清爽的口味，所以剛好很合適。
比較不推薦給喜歡濃濃豚骨湯頭的人。
店內環境昏暗，這是比較可惜的地方。
整體而言，偶爾還會想來吃一下的店。
Cp value is ok,

可惜關店時間很早，常常下班去就關了
也可以外帶，但是外帶沒那麼好吃
湯頭不會很鹹，是可以舒服喝完的那種
麵吃起來口感很有彈性
叉燒肉也還不錯
整體來說很棒..價位非常誇張的便宜
但吃起來有180元以上拉麵的水準
非常推薦
以新豐 湖口來說要吃拉麵不多
完勝連鎖的九x屋
湖口新豐要吃拉麵是首選

剛開始我看到評論我保持著給他一次機會的心態
進到店面我感覺有強大的氣場
點了蒜頭拉麵，麵條偏硬
尤其是湯頭的部分，感覺就像蒜頭不用錢一樣，蠻厲害的，估計刷5次牙也沒用了，豚骨的部分也沒及格，應該是肉乾吧，溏心蛋也是厲害，第一次在拉麵裡吃到三明治的那種蛋，最正常的應該就是豆芽菜吧
我給個建議的名字
蒜頭拉麵 改成 台式蒜頭豬肉湯麵
這樣生意可能會比較好一點

店面昏暗、悶熱、還有好多蚊子；麵吃起來很普通，像一般湯麵，一碗豚骨拉麵$110。
