★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 吃完了好吃，但是服務真的不好而已！需要湯匙，都快吃完了才慢慢補，其他桌的也等很久！

還好店員沒爭辯很久，
上面牛肉板條印60元，
結果我去結帳的時候，
他跟我說是90元才對，
然後我就說菜單價格，
他才幫我換成牛湯板條???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 客家炒粄條和乾粄條都好吃（偏好炒粄條），小菜也都好吃美味。還好快速入座，立刻客滿，平價料理，下次再來囉！
Hakka fried dumplings and dry dumplings are delicious (fried dumplings are preferred), and the side dishes are also delicious. Fortunately, I took a seat quickly, it was full immediately, and the food was cheap, and I will come again next time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 重新裝潢過的新埔粄條之家沒有以前的油膩感覺了，新埔粄條之家選用薄的粄條，口感上Q嫩且帶有嚼勁，光是由粄條所製作的食品就有10來種。除了粄條之外，店內的其它料理：如薑絲炒大腸、炒米粉、滷白菜各式小菜等，也相當受到歡迎。如果來到了新埔鎮，可千萬不能錯過!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.內用要自己找位置坐後才點餐，用餐人多的時候，遇到想偷偷插隊的其他客人，可能就會起口角。
2.送餐推車跟收廚餘的推車是同一台，有時候還看到一鍋廚餘直接放在推車上，跟客人點的餐一起推過來送餐（廚餘是誰點的？！）。
3.服務人員非常粗魯，在收拾客人用餐過後的桌面時，非常用力的將廚餘倒在廚餘鍋子裡，廚餘湯汁直接噴濺在隔壁桌的客人（就是我）身上。
4.店家生意很好，但我個人極度不推薦到此用餐。
1. For internal use, you must find your own seat before ordering. When there are a lot of diners, when you encounter other guests who want to secretly jump in the queue, you may start quarreling.
2. The food delivery cart is the same as the cart that collects food waste. Sometimes I see a pot of food waste placed directly on the cart and pushed along with the meal ordered by the customer to deliver the meal (who ordered the food waste) ?!).
3. The service staff was very rude. When cleaning the table after the guests had a meal, they poured the kitchen waste into the kitchen waste pot very hard, and the kitchen waste soup was directly sprayed on the guest (that is me) at the next table.
4. The store’s business is very good, but I personally highly do not recommend eating here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 用餐環境整潔明亮，先結帳，餐具醬料採自助式。對面有一排停車格可以免費停車。
餐點部分：
湯粄條NT$60
味道較為清淡，平常口味比較重的朋友可能比較不適合，清淡不油膩有淡淡的甜味（感覺是蘿蔔湯的湯頭）
炒粄條NT$60
味道有比較重一點，但自行加入辣椒跟烏醋後變得比較好吃，不然味道還是太淡了。
麵條份量是正常的，個人偏愛炒粄條比較多一些。
The dining environment is clean and bright, check out first, and the tableware and sauces are self-service. There is a row of parking spaces opposite for free parking.
Meal section:
Soup noodles NT$60
The taste is relatively light, and friends who usually have heavier tastes may not be suitable. It is light and not greasy and has a light sweetness (it feels like the soup of radish soup)
Fried Rice Noodles NT$60
The taste is a bit heavier, but it becomes more delicious after adding chili and black vinegar, otherwise the taste is still too bland.
The amount of noodles is normal, but I prefer more fried noodles.
