★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 湯頭不會過油膩及鹹，小菜口味好，不要淋上油膏，配上店家辣椒醬就是好味道。

內用環境對於很在意整潔的人可能覺得不夠理想，請自行斟酌考慮外帶。不要勉強內用再來批評。餐點部分倒是很衛生，乾淨無虞。
這是我每去新埔的必吃！
The traditional Hakka-flavored noodle shop, as well as the special cold vegetarian chicken is highly recommended. Authentic!
The internal environment may not be ideal for those who are very concerned about cleanliness, so please consider taking out at your own discretion. Don't force yourself to criticize again. The food part is very hygienic and clean.
This is my must eat every time I go to Xinpu!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次購買非常的失望。第一碗不知店家是沒了板條還是怎麼樣從來沒吃過板條跟油麵混在一起。第二碗就是做成乾板條但直接加湯下去給他變成湯粄條。
有打電話給店家老闆也叫我們過來幫我們重新用但有點距離不想再出門了。
還有想提醒一下老闆雖然現在疫情降下了很多但您還有跟客人點餐應該還得戴下口罩吧！辛苦您們了！
Very disappointed with the first purchase. I don't know if the shop has no slats or something about the first bowl. I have never eaten slats mixed with oil noodles. The second bowl is made into dry slabs, but the soup is added directly to him to turn it into soup dumplings.
I called the store owner and asked us to come over and help us reuse it, but I didn't want to go out again because of a little distance.
I also want to remind the boss that although the epidemic has dropped a lot now, you still have to wear a mask when ordering meals with guests! Thank you for your hard work!
