★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there with friends. Didn’t finish the whole round of the forest becuz of sudden raining .Anyways, it was a good experience to visit here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though you need to pay an entrance fee, it is worth the price. The trees are beautiful and the environment is maintained good. You can take some photos and your children can play slide. Hiking is good but some is strap not recommend for elderly. The owner has to maintain the slide and swing the soonest possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is good place to going hiking on the mountain. And it’s not far way from Hsinchu city, takes about 1 hour to be there. You need to pay entrance ticket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a great place for a half day trip. We hiked around the entire forest without taking the shortcuts. Took us almost 2.5 hours.
There are quite a lot of steps and rocks so it might be a bit difficult to walk without proper shoes.
FYI, only China Telecom and FarEastone have reception in the forest.
