★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 百餘年歷史，不是土地公，不是神明，但關西鎮民都視其為庇佑地方平安的保護神。故事是百餘年前鎮民開路時挖到兩塊大石頭搬不動，設案祭拜請求讓路，擲筊獲得同意就輕易移到路旁，之後居民們建石爺亭供奉， 客家民間本有拜石風俗，石頭具有堅硬強壯的特徵，民眾會帶著嬰兒認石頭為 義父 祈求保佑平安，號稱「石爺」。
每年農曆4月8日是「石爺」的生日。
For more than a hundred years of history, it is not a land lord or god, but people in Kansai regard it as the protector of blessing local peace. The story is that when the townspeople opened the road more than a hundred years ago, they dug two large stones and could not move them. They set up a worship service to ask for a way, and they easily moved to the side of the road after getting the consent. After that, the residents built a stone pavilion to worship. Stone customs, stone has the characteristics of hard and strong, the public will take the baby to recognize the stone as a righteous father to pray for blessings and peace, known as "Shi Ye".
Every year on the 8th day of the lunar calendar is the birthday of "Shi Ye".
