民國57年入新居之時，自從長輩贈送了一台10人份的大同電鍋之後，雙親大人就成為大同電器產品的忠實愛用者。
竹東現址的展售中心，在店門前面臨時停車方便。店內除了有大同自家製造的電器產品之外，也有展售同業間的電器產品，可以方便入店客人多方面的選擇。
2019年兩次前往消費，感受到店內服務人員的態度良好，熱忱也親切。
